Dr. Diamond is truly exceptional. I was extremely nervous going in, and from the very first moment he made me feel calm, comfortable, and completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. I had my first visit with Dr. Diamond and, like many people, I was very nervous because of the unknown. From the moment I met him, I immediately felt safe and at ease. He has such a warm, reassuring nature and a great personality that made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped educate me so I fully understood my treatment. After my initial visit, I felt confident enough to move forward with treatment. I am very afraid of needles, but he applied a numbing gel before the injection, which helped tremendously. I truly appreciated how attentive, patient, and professional he was while I was in the dental chair. Linda, the hygienist, was gentle and kind, Elissa at the front desk is always so welcoming and helpful, and Rose, the manager, is incredibly supportive and transparent when it comes to dental needs and treatment plans. This entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and positive. I highly recommend this office! Once again thank you.

Dr. Diamond is the BEST. From his expertise to his warm nature and a rapport built over time, I never have any doubt in his care. This type of care and respect for patients permeates throughout the whole staff and the culture of this office. I no longer even dread a cleaning now that Linda has become my hygienist. She’s wonderful. I feel so relaxed and comfortable in her hands with the knowledge that I’m getting the GREAT care. Dr Diamond does the surgeries and the gum work, but it’s Linda who helps maintain that work. Do not hesitate to embark on a relationship with this practice, you’ll be glad you did!

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Diamond’s office for our routine comprehensive check-up and dental cleaning, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ms. Elissa was incredibly thorough and efficient in coordinating our appointments, scheduling our entire family on the same day, back to back. She made the process seamless by sending all the necessary paperwork in advance, so we were fully prepared upon arrival. From the moment we walked into the Midtown clinic, we were greeted with warm smiles by the front desk staff. As a family of six with four young children, we truly appreciated how accommodating and family-friendly the office was. During our visit, we had the pleasure of being cared for by Ms. Grainne, the fabulous dental hygienist. She was extremely detailed during the consultation and meticulous with each cleaning. She also took the time to educate our children individually on proper dental hygiene, which made the experience both fun and informative for them.
